The terms of this agreement govern the relationship between you, users of the service, and Pacwyn, who provide the services to you. By SERVICE is meant a mobile application (on iOS, Android and other platforms), as well as the pacwyn.app website (and all its subdomains),a support service (any mail in the pacwyn.app domain) and other related services made in future by Pacwyn Team. Before you read this agreement, read and accept our Privacy Policy and User Guidelines.We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms, Policies or Guidelines, you must immediately discontinue your access to the SERVICE.
By downloading or using the SERVICE, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the SERVICE. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the mobile app, any part of the app. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belongs to Pacwyn Team.
By using the Application, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are aged between 13 and 17, you affirm that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or guardian, and he or she assents to these Terms on your behalf and takes full responsibility for your compliance with them. If you are under the age of 13, you shall not access the Services.
This application’s sole purpose is to help its users learn how to build the best football drafts and squads, find out more about latest players updates, and grow the mobile football community. This app is not affiliated with or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or its licensors or other incorporations. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

The PACWYN 21 app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provided Policy. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the PACWYN 21 app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Pacwyn Team will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Pacwyn Team cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left. If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app. Along the same lines, Pacwyn Team cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Pacwyn Team cannot accept responsibility. Pacwyn is an online app so you must have a stable connection. We do not control your Internet connection and we are not responsible if during the app session your connection to the server is lost. Before using the SERVICE, especially mobile app, and using online features in the app, please, make sure, that your have stable Internet connection.
One of the services we provide is customer support. By accepting all our policies, you have the right to contact support at any time using contact@pacwyn.app. The reason for the appeal may be any question regarding the services provided to you, your suggestion to improve them, sending a bug report and other issues that are related to our service. After your message has been sent, a support engineer will review it after a while. The response time from the engineer is not set, and depending on the quality of your message or a violation of the user guide is detected, the support engineer has the right not to respond to your request. When contacting the support service, always be honest, send only truthful information, do not be rude, do not use abuse words, be polite, be friendly and do not violate private and public human rights. Any violation of the Terms of Service may lead to blocking access to our SERVICE. Also note that we are not responsible if any of the users or other companies write to you on our behalf in order to receive any information that he/she requests from you. Be careful and make sure that you have contact with our support team. Support service is provided only by communicating through the contact@pacwyn.app email. Other communication channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms, are not an official support service and any information that you receive from our team member outside the email is only informational and has no legal force.
Using various platforms for communication, any messengers or chats are used only for informative purposes. Our team in various chats can read the message and not reply to it. When chatting, we have the right to block the user using the functionality of the platform on which communication takes place. Blocking the user may occur on the basis of a violation of the User Guidelines or by their own decision. Any information provided through the channels of various messengers is not official support of our team and does not have any legal force. Also note, that we have a right to block access to our SERVICE if you rude to us or uses abuse words.
We have the right to make giveaway in social networs or other services in which we giveaway in-game stuff for free. To participate in the giveaway, user must complete a list of previously known actions. All actions are simple (like, subscribe, leave a comment or other social actions), and are aimed at the development of our society. The winners in our giveaways are determined randomly. The number of winners and the amount of rewards in the giveaway we determine at our discretion. From time to time we can help our subscribers to make a giveaway on their page. We only provide them with in-game items that they can giveaway on their social network or other services. Rules for sponsoring user giveaways can be obtained by contacting customer support. We have the right to refuse to sponsor you if you find violations of any rules in this agreement.
Fair Play System accumulates all rules you read in this Terms and User Guidelines. The big part of Fair Play System is to safe economy inside the game and prevent cheating, hacking, jailbreaking of the game. Game economy uses only 2 currencies(coins and tokens), in-game experience, cards, packs, player picks and other stuff. In-game coins is the virtual in-game currency that can be earned by playing the game. Coins can't be earned for real money, sent outside the game or exhanged for real goods. Tokens can be purchases only by real money or after watching the ads which game offers. Tokens can't be transferred to other user, sent outside the game or exchanged for real goods. The price of tokens is settled by our team. We can change the price when we need it. To safe game economy, our Team has right to control the nature of in-game stuff. If you try to buy stuff by real money on black market, or exchanged them for the stuff outside the game or earn them other non-regular ways, we have right to block access to our SERVICE or limit functionality of it. To safe economy we check all users activity. We have rights to compare your activities with other users to decide if your activity contains suspicious actions. If we see, that your account grind stuff a lot and it stands out with other users in the game, we have a right to block the part of application or whole account to safe game economy. After you receive block you can appeal to Customer Support service to explain suspicious actions. After your appeal we have a right to unblock part of application or whole account or leave it blocked. Playing the game, please, be friendly with other users, be fair, don't ruin economy, don't sell coins or other stuff for real money, always provide trustful information. If we see that some actions are inapprociate for the game, we have aright to block your account, whole IP or your device.
To safe game economy we are checking the nature of your in-game stuff. We are also checking your actions in comparison with other app users and if we see that your in-game account's stuff is grinding in multiple times more than others, we are able to check your in-game actions and analyze how you earn in-game stuff. If we see some non-regular ways of playing in your actions, we are allowed to block the part of your application(e.g. Trading, Leaderboard, Matches or other parts) or block your account and disable access to the whole SERVICE. By non-regular playing we determine actions that are used to grind in-game stuff that are much more than the gameplay offers. For example if the gameplay offers to earn limited in-game stuff within a time, but within that time you earn in multiple times more, it is the first signal that your account is doing something suspricious. For example, creating multiple accounts in the app and sending all grinded stuff from all of them to your main account is the violation of this policy. Then the part of your account or the whole access to the SERVICE will be blocked. Other example of non-regular playing is using any non-human actions to use the SERVICE. For example, using autoclickers or other automated software than can access the app without human actions is the violation of this policy. We strongly recommend to be honest with our team, respect our job and the whole community. Don't try to cheat or find any ways how to hack the game or earn in-game stuff using any of non-regular ways of accessing the app. Note, that examples in this section are not the full list of non-regular playing, this is an example of the most common ways. In this section we specified what non-regular playing is and actions we will take towards your account.
By creating an account in the game(IOS, Android or other platforms) you agree to the current Terms. Creating an account means entering the game using a social network(Facebook, Google or others) or logging in as a guest. You can change your account name at any time. The name of the account must be acceptable, not contain abuse words or signs, not be rude, not offend others, not violate other rules in User Guidelines and this Terms. It is also forbidden to pretend to be another user using the name of your account. Having an account in the game, you can exchange in-game things with other users. When trading, you can send them your message, which should not violate the rules of this agreement. Using game account you can make in-app purchases with real money. After you made purchase we can't refund your money back. Violation of any rule in this Terms, User Guidelines or Privacy Policy can cause Permanent block of your account.
We provide in-app purchases in the mobile application. When purchasing various items in a game, all the rules in this agreement also apply. Prices for items are set by our team and may be changed at any time at our discretion. After the purchase is completed, we do not return the money. You have an option to delete your game account in the app. Note, that after you deleted your accounts you lose all account progress, including coins, tokens, Premium and Gold accounts and other in-game stuff. Real money your spent in deleted account can't be refund or transfered to other account. You need to think twice before your delete your account. Making purchases for real money does not exempt you from punishment for violating provided Terms. If you violated Terms, we will take actions against your account following current Terms and you can lose your account with all purchases. When your account is blocked, we don't refund purchases. Also note, that playing the game you understand that the game is supported only for 1 year from the moment of the game release, every year we release new version of the game, with new features, design, and other stuff. All your purchases made in current release are available only in this release and can't be moved to other year release. The number of items sold is subject to change at our discretion. If you try to hack the store in order to buy items for free, we have the right to block access to the service.
We have the right to check all game modes, analyze the statistics of your game progress and, based on this, make actions to restrict access to a particular part of the application or the whole application. If we discover the use of software for cheating in-game stuff or hacking attempts or other actions that harm the application, users or game economy or other actions that violate this policy or User Guidelines, we have the right to apply actions to block your account or part of the application. If the user cheated in-game stuff using the unfair method or trying to access the game outside mobile application, we have the right to block his account and eliminate the cheated in-game stuff without any return.
With respect to Pacwyn Team’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Pacwyn Team accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app. At some point, we may wish to update the app.
We can provide gifts and compensation for users by our decision. Gifts and/or Compensation can be made to celebrate some events, after fixing some important issues, as a result of Giveaway or for other actions by our decision. Gifts and/or compensation can include only in-game stuff and never includes real goods or money.
Pacwyn Team is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for system may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Pacwyn Team does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you
Our game releases new version every year. When new year release is made we can stop supporting current year release
We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device. Termination of service can be made for any users(including users made in-app purchases) who violates this Terms.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
We take decisions in сontroversial situations at our discretion in order to provide quality service to the entire community.
